Many times I have seen the harsh winters face, the bitter cold and frozen bite.
As we see the snow falling and the wind sweeping let us give thought to the animals who live amongst this. Keep a watch for signs of neglect in fields and for animals in need. It is all too easy to turn a blind eye so be mindful. Our older generation is at risk too so keep a watchful eye on those we live near to. Autumn, the feel of the changing season, the sight of the changing colours, the smell of chimneys and bonfires in the air.
Darker nights and colder days, snuggling with a blanket to keep warm. And what about the animals that bare all weathers, foraging for their winter stores. Let us keep them in mind with any left over food put at the bottom of the garden, bird seed for the table, and a pile of leaves left undisturbed for insects to hide away in. The New Moon in October brings an Energy full of mischief, things you thought were hopeless turn out to be the complete opposite, and vice versa so keep your wits about you. The Angel card for this month is Angelic connections...Our deeds fashion our destiny. Heaven and Hell are in our own hands. Heaven is the divine connection to unconditional love and Hell is our fear of separation from it. When we think, act and live with love, all is harmonious. When we think, act and live in fear, then everything is surrounded by disharmony and difficulty. Sit for a moment and breathe deeply. Imagine that you are inhaling a wonderful pink mist that is swirling all around you. As you inhale, breathe the pink mist into your entire body, and as you exhale let go of all your worries and tensions. Affirm that you are totally supported by the Universe. Call to Archangel Michael, thank him for his protection and ask that all fear be removed from your thoughts, that you may live in complete harmony with all aspects of life. C

21 December 2016 19:15 NURTURE OUR INNER CHILD. Sitting somewhere comfortable and quiet, imagine a warm blanket around our shoulders. Start by focusing on our breath for a few minutes to settle body and mind, RELAX into it. Now we begin to observe the CHILD self with in us, notice our thoughts and emotions, how our body feels and any sense of shame or guilt we may notice feeling about something we have done or failed to do. Take time just to sit with any uncomfortable feelings or disappointments we have about ourselves. Feel fully any feelings of being unlovable, damaged or UNWORTHY. We now imagine holding our child self in the palm of our hand, and saying DO NOT worry, there is NO reason to be afraid, we are SAFE, we are LOVED, we are COMFORTED and REASURED. Now we ask our child self if there is something that we would like to happen to make our life better, happier, anything we want to change?. Sit a while with these questions. Thank our child self and imagine putting our child self into our HEART for safe keeping. Open our eyes and feel back in the present. Then write down any feelings that are brought to our attention, don't look at the Journal until the next day, then ponder on what was written. Using a Meditation Journal to write in is a very useful tool. Feelings of REJECTION Manifest a lack of SELF WORTH, we need to LOVE ourselves before we can LOVE unconditionally.
